Double Deduction. Taken on purpose

They took a double deduction from my bank account on 3rd of R220.32 Standard Bank notified me and reversed one only to have Mr Delivery to put through the change again 6th referring to the 3rd. So effectively took the money twice. How often do they do this. They were determined to take the money twice. What the heck....
