Double Debited and I am still not reimbursed.

I ordered food 07 Sept 2019 and i was double debited for amount R99.00, I spoke to consultants from their email (***) named Musa Vilakazi,Tiffany Kemp,Zandi Baartman,Lauren Van Wyk,Ziyad Dolan & Fezeka Mnyaka however they all failed to reimburse my R99.00, all the coupons that i was given was not amounting to the funds that was debited from my account, i just need my funds to reversed, i have been sending email and i am not receiving any joy from them because they are not bothered to respond to my email. I am very much sure that the CPA protects me from such treatment i have received from MR D and the contact center. May i please have my funds reversed
