DOUBLE CHARGED... NO REFUND!!

I ordered 3 shwarmas on June 1st. I was told my payment could not go through and to try again in a few minutes... which is what I did. I was then charged TWICE for the same order... I've registered a complaint... but NO Refund has been granted. Such shocking service.. how can this be allowed to happen?
