Don't use Mr.D, they are the worst company I ever had to deal with. .

Worst customer experience ever. I ordered food last night, the first time I tried the order, after about 8 minutes of waiting for the confirmation I got a pop-up to say delivery unavailable in my area and there was no order confirmation. It was after 9pm and the app still showed the restaurant had availability so I assumed my order was cancelled and tried the exact same order again. The exact same thing happened as before so I just left it. 5mins later I get a call to say my order is outside. Then I checked the app to show that both orders were placed. This was 100% an issue with the app and after reaching out they said that as the restaurant already accepted they can't cancel the second order or provide a refund, I even provided them with a screen shot of the message I got and they still refused to help. Honestly they can shove their policies because that's all they refer you to. This is a really shady company and I am seriously consider not using Takealot anymore due to Mr.D pathetic service and shady practices. I'll take the L with paying for two orders that were exactly the same and the wasted food but seriously wish them nothing but failure. Pathetic.
