Don't use Mr Delivery they are *****s

My wife bought from Mr D this morning with my bank card linked to her Mr D profile! She got a message and it said insufficient funds to process order and she messaged me to find out if we got money in the account and I logged into my account knowing I got more than enough money and only to find that they deducted the amount 3X in a row! She contacted Mr D and they said I need to contact my bank to reverse it, I contacted my bank and they said that Mr D must send me a authorization letter stating that they can reverse the transactions and I called Mr D and they said they wil send it and then we receive a email from Mr D that they are investigating the mater and can't send me a letter that the bank is asking! And we emailed them back and until now, nothing! No money, no reply nothing from Mr D! That was my last money for the month until payday! MR D is a bunch of *****s! Not the first time that they ***** money from us and have to open a ***** case at our bank against them! I want my money back Mr D! And also my bank costs due to u *****ing my money! And I don't want a voucher! Give me my money back
