Don’t trust Mr Delivery’s payout

I am so disappointed in Mr delivery cause had had a credit that I did I payout on and I did it on the 3 of January which was a Saturday. They said 3-5 working days which means that on Friday I was supposed to get a payout it is Monday the 12 January and still no payout and I have sent email and all I get it the same reply always.
