Don't ever use Mr Delivery

I placed an order with Mr Delivery via their app at 11:40. Tried to cancel it 10 minutes later. There is no cancellation option on their app. I had to call them. Spending more money on airtime. The first 2 calls were hung up or rejected. I finally got through to James Pillick who said he has to call the restaurant to find out if they have prepared my order. He put me on hold for more than 10 minutes. Then comes back to me to advise that my order is ready. How is the order ready if the delivery time was 12:30pm? I want my money back Mr delivery
