Dont care attitude and no delivery.

My whole family sat and waited for a delivery for nearly 2 hours while the driver kept saying he is nearly there. This was in the evening and when I called Mr delivery office. They kept telling me it has been delivered. After all the shops had closed the driver stopped picking up our calls, by the way I had already paid online, the operator then tells me that the delivery has failed and now they are closed so they will refund me but by that time my kids are hungry and we have been waiting for food all night. I asked about the confusion and she first said the driver was at the gate and I never came out . I told that the driver called and send he went to the wrong adress but he was on the way. She then said there is nothing she can do except give me a voucher that I must use the next day or it will expire. I only get to see my kids once a month and on that day they slept without a proper meal. And they had to walk with me late at night to get pies at the petrol station.
