Don's trust their specials - the restaurants dont honour them

Don't trust their specials. It is false advertising.

They will not make it right they will make it your fault. They cheated me out of nearly R800. I did not receive the special they advertised. When I complained they tried to bat me away twice telling me I did not chose the special, then that I did not choose the items in the special. I had done everything right and I have had to take screen shots to prove I did everything correct it is their app that is wrong! When I call to follow-up they tell me there are no notes on my query and refuse to help.

They lure you to spend but wont rectify or take ownership of their errors breaching the consumer protection.

Every time I call back I am just bounced around agents and no one is taking responsibility. I have had the phone put down on me 5 times and when I ask for escalation I am told there are no manager or manager of managers on site - SHOCKING!
