Done with Mr Delivery

I placed order nr DFD ********** at 19:05. When our order came the Burger was not delivered. Mr D blamed Spur. I then phoned Spur who insisted that the did put the burger with the delivery but apologized nevertheless and said they would include a waffle for my hassle. I then phoned Mr D and told them what happened. The lady had an attitude but said they would go and collect. More than an hour later a 2nd delivery guy shows up, looking confused and claimed he just delivered next door but will go back to get my food. Almost another hour later minus the waffle the burger shows up all soggy with A 3RD DRIVER claiming the second one got lost and only called his boss after an hour of getting lost. In the meantime I phoned the call centre a 2nd time and the lady that "handled" the problem first time around was "too busy to speak to me." Life is too short for this **** never again. I understand human error but what happened here makes me wonder what clowns are running the show at Mr Delivery.
