Do you have a photo as proof ? Apologies for the inconvenience but we cant help you...

I have not made use of the Mr Delivery service since the first experience a few years back where everything arrived cold. Today I decided to try their service again which resulted in another disappointing experience when only half of my order arrived. I asked the driver what I should do to get the matter resolved and he just told me to call head office and drove off. I proceeded to try and call Mr Delivery direct on *** with the greeting "account is locked". I then went to the website and logged a query regarding the matter and had a response quite rapidly asking for proof in the form of photos. My colleague already had his meal by then so there were no photos to be taken as proof of half the order arriving. I relayed that I had no photos and the Mr Delivery representative responded that they are unable to assist and apologized for the inconvenience and I guess no lunch for me.

I trust this review serves as the following to other clients and Mr Delivery themselves: 1.) To other customers that find themselves in a similar situation with Mr Delivery. Make sure you take photos/video evidence to prove your delivery was not correct. I am +-R120 out of pocket as a result of this. 2.) Mr Delivery you can do a lot more to facilitate a client in such scenarios by contacting the driver involved to confirm that the order was incorrect and/or check with the restaurant that it was ordered from should there be no photos. 3.) Mr Delivery can give their drivers some form of training to facilitate customers in such scenarios. I had no idea until the point of logging the query and being advise then that I should be doing it for next time.

As a side note the food which did make it to my colleague ended up being cold and half the drink spilled out in the drivers carrier.

There will most definitely not be a 3rd time of making use of this company's service.
