Disgusting service from MRD Food ???? Order placed at 12:06. Estimated time of arrival for food was 13: 11.

Driver drove away from the restaurant when he arrived and found that the order was not ready.

Had to personally follow up with regards to my food. It is now 14:27 and I have still not received any food.

Noone from the MRD customer support phoned me at any time to notify me that there's been a delay in the order/driver had not done his job and collected my food DESPITE THE COMPANY HAPPILY TAKING MY MONEY.

I have only now been informed that the order is only arriving at 3pm.

In future use Uber Eats guys.
