Do not order from Mr. Delivery and avoid their unruly s******s

*****Warning**** Mr. Delivery, the parent company Takealot and the insurance company that insures them, Intasure, are in cahoots to **** the customers. On December 01, 2021, I was stopped at the stop sign and a Mr. Delivery s****** ran into me and damaged my car. The driver did not have a proof of Insurance. He told me he cannot go to police station to file a report as he had to deliver the food he had in his box in the back. He proceeded with his dirty hands to straighten the food that was in the box (What happened to Covid regulations? this could be one main reason for spread of the virus). He gave me his DRC driver license and I filed a report at the sea point police station. I called the office Mr. Delivery in Gardens and spoke to a very arrogant manager named "Morris" in order to report the accident. Initially he refused to give me his insurance information. Eventually he sent it to me and I contacted the intasure and spoke to a lady named Angie. She told me she cannot deal with the matter unless the accident is loaded from Mr. Delivery side. I called Morris again, emailed him and texted him he did not respond and he hanged up on me each time. I tried calling Mr. Delivery head office numbers and I could not get through none of the numbers work. I tried calling the parent company takealot and again no answer to any of the numbers. This is a disgrace. Please do not order from Mr. Deliver as you do not know what they do to your food during transport. Now that everyone is getting involved in delivery business it is important that the companies follow the rules and regulations. Mr. Delivery, Intasure and takealot must take responsibility for the way they do business. What is the role of FNB/RMB in all of this? This is a real disgrace.
