Do Not Make Card Payments/ EFT Mr Delivery is not reliable, the customer service is very slow

Please be advised never to place an order on Mr Delivery via EFT (Card Payment) because if the order is cancelled or the restaurant does not respond then Mr Delivery is not reliable to process a refund in a timely manner which contradicts their own policies and procedures with regards to refunds. On the 23rd of January 2020, my partner and i placed on order with Mr Delivery via EFT (Card Payment); however the order was cancelled by KFC Jean Avenue after the payment was processed. Today is the 14th of February 2020 and i have not been refunded for the order that was made on the 23rd of January 2020. In addition the Mr Delivery App clearly states that refunds take 2 - 3 business days. I am very disappointed with the service providers of Mr Delivery and the app is not reliable to make any card payments (EFT) as you are sure to be inconvenienced to wait for a refund. I stand by my decision not to forward my bank statement as requested by Mr Delivery Customer Care as this is confidential information that i would rather not share as their services are unreliable. In addition the Customer care should be able to track my payment/ the transaction via the the Mr Delivery App. In the future i will only place cash orders or place orders with Uber Eats instead. I have experienced very bad/slow service just for a refund. Mr Delivery App is unreliable.
