Dissatisfied service

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Mr delivery. I placed an order via Mr delivery, my order arrived at my place morethan an hour later after sending texts to the driver and calling Mr D to no success. The driver was rude to me claiming my address was wrong. Which is not true. The app showed that he passed my house and spent morethan 30min o 45 min doing God knows what there. He eventually showed up after calling the shop I purchased the pizza from. The pizza was cold, dry, boxes looked squashed.the pizza didn't even look like a pizza anymore squashed and all. I went to debonaires columbine and they said they can't help me I should call Mr D. Which I did. I found no joy to say the least. I kept on being transferred from 1 Pilar to the other.eventually I got someone who said I should send the pictures of the pizzas. I did and no response upto now. They kept on telling me stories. I sm so disappointed and doubt il ever use their services. Your service was appalling.
