Dissatisfaction

I ordered some groceries from Pick&Pay through Mr D Food on the 28th of July as I was away and upon my return on Friday I could see that some items are missing when opening the fridge. I then decided to check if everything was delivered only to find out that three items in total were not delivered and on Saturday I logged a query only to be told that I was suppose to log a query within 48 hours, I then called them & ask for escalation since the total amount of missing items is R172 and the guy by the name of Xolela said he did that and his management is not budging , what a disappointment and a disgusting service, I have always had a bad luck with Mr D food and the only reason why I opted to order through them is because pick & pay delivery was at full capacity that day and I couldn’t go to the shops since I was away.
