Dissatisfaction

So disappointed on Mr D. I placed an order on Mr D only to find out that it was for collection. Sent an email to cancel the order as I do not have a vehicle to get to the shop because the aim was for delivery. I was told I can cancel & therell be no refund. Asked them to make it a delivery I'll pay the difference but nope they can't do that Mxm useless serious
