Dissapointing food delivery-order number DFD***

I placed an order on the Mr Delivery app for 20 wings and a 1.5 litre coke from a resturant called Just Wingz - order number DFD***. I received my order and the wings was burnt so bad that half of it i could not eat. I lodged a complaint on the mr delivery app and sent their customer service an email but i am getting no immediate response. It is very dissapointing as i rely on this app to order take aways and i spend alot of money monthly with mr delivery to receive poor food service. I would like to receive a response on this!
