Dissapointed wit MR Delivery APP.

I wanted to try out MR Delivery App. TRUST ME NEVER AGAIN!! I made an order and did a check out. Right after doing the check out, I get a message that the establishment has been closed. My question is why didn't the app tell me that the store is closed? They already took my money and before that I had to wait coz they had a lot of orders.

I did the order last week Friday and till today, I have not received my refund. Other Apps refund you ASAP. I wonder if I will even get my money back. Don't use the App if you want good service.
