DISSAPOINTED CHILDREN AND ANGRY PARENTS

Very disappointing, Friday night 24 July 2020 we placed an order with mr Delivery via the App. At 19h14 it was accepted.payment for the order was made and deducted from my account. As per the app, it was said that the order would have been delivered by 20H03 which was an hour after the order has been made and accepted. Baring in mind that I have two toddlers very excited for their weekly reward from McDonald's, they fell asleep waiting for their McDonals. No one has informed us that there was a problem only until I've lodged a complain via the App. Only then have I received an email to inform me that my delivery was unsuccessful. I've then contacted the Mr Delivery contact center, baring in mind that it is now 21h00, just to find out that I am not going to receive any food today.... I cannot now place another order due to curfew... So now I also find out that I have to wait 5 working days to get my money back........... Mr D we have been loyal customers for the last 8 years and always tipping your drivers, even though we have had disappointments in the past but this is the worst..... VERY ANGRY...!!!!!!!!!!
