Dissapointed by Mr Delivery once again.

Yesterday I decided to order some steak chips and salad from Mr delivery. When the food arrived the chips was missing from the order. The noodle salad was not cooked properly and the steak was not only poor quality, it smelled funny and tasted horrific. I spat it out. My cat did not even want to eat it. And that is saying something as he eats just about anything. The steak is still in my fridge as I contacted Mr delivery and asked them to refund me and to fetch the food. They told me to take pics and send it to them as well as a description on my experience which is what I did. They did not even bother replying not even an I am sorry. I am extremely dissapointed paying 144 for an order that was not even edible. An I had to order other food as well which was a further 130 odd bucks as I was starving and did not hear anything back from them. It's pretty disgusting and diasapointing especially after the covid pandemic. You would assume people would up their game as to keep business afloat. I mean I struggle. And every now and again I like to treat myself at the end of the month with a special dinner. And this was not it.
