Dissapointed!!!!

Estimated time for my delivery was 37 minutes.... I placed an order 1pm its almost 2pm and no delivery. I called into the call centre and asked if the agent can follow up on my order and he says he will speak to the manager who probably told him the following.... As this is the message I received from the agent.... Sorry mam we can give you a coupon.. What utter nonsense is this!!! I wanted my damn food!!!!! I had to cancel the order and decline this coupon and drive myself n got my food even quicker n faster. So dissapointed, honestly! I'm still waiting on my refund after I was told I would get it immediately... Make sure this matter gets resolved ASAP. TREATING CUSTOMERS UNFAIRLY!!! BOTH MC D AND MR D
