DISSAPOINTED

i'm so dissapointed in the service received today. I placed a order for Nando's and as per the app at 12:12, the food will be ready at 12:42 and estimate delivery time will be at 12:57. At 13:01 i called to find out what is going on as the order is not moving at all, i was promised a call back and it is now 13:13, and there is still no movement on the app and still no call back.. this is so frustrated and unprofessional.. my lunch is at 13:00 of which i only have 30 minutes.. i can now not enjoy my lunch because it is already late and no response from your call center either.. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
