Disrespected and Threatened by Take A lot Driver

My order number DFD***

I placed an order and when the driver arrived for delivery there was a delay in communication due to network , the app wasn’t updating on my side either . Unfortunately when the arrogant and disrespectful driver eventually met me for delivery he started shouting at me for not communicating with him and not responding to the chat…..and according to him my phone was on voicemail …. I tried explaining that it must’ve been a network issue because it was shortly after loadshedding and my phone never rang….. he countinued disrespecting me with his rude behaviour….. so I asked How on earth was I supposed to control network issues ? then in his own words he said “I wish next time I can get your order again so that I can mess it up”. I know he did this because I’m a woman , he wouldn’t have given such a stinking attitude to another man because they would’ve handled him proper , but Mr D (Take a lot) has clealry appointed an natural abusers who disrespects women so he ends up displaying such appalling behaviour to female customers.
