Dismal service from Mr. Delivery

Unfortunately I had to tick 1 star otherwise I would not be able to write the review. I placed an order with McDonalds at 08:39. By 09:30 I let them know that the food still hasn't been collected nor delivered. They told me they are aware of the problem and the driver had to be sent out manually. It is now 10;28 and nearly two hours after I placed my order, it still has not been collected.
