Disinterested in Customer Service

For some strange reason, that I have been unable to get an answer for, Mr Delivery no longer has any facility/functionality in their iPhone App to rate delivery and food for any orders placed. So they’re no longer interested in customer feedback and the restaurants are also not concerned about getting reviews or feedback on the quality of their food. Two days ago I ordered from Rocomamas in Rivonia. Delivery was good but the food was pretty average for what it cost - this particular restaurant is extremely expensive for takeaways, which I don’t mind provided the quality matches the price. The inability to provide feedback that receives some attention from Mr D and the restaurant is quite annoying.
