DISHONEST - NO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

They delivered a bag containing two bottles of wine. As i walked into the house, the packet tore all the way from top to bottom and both bottles were smashed (CHECKERS). Nicole Brookes from Mr. D says I will not be compensated because the packet was fine when handed to me. Dishonest and no sense of customer satisfaction. So now, they have lost a customer who orders upwards of R600 a week.
