Disgusting system for orders

This company takes your money first from your bank account before they confirm your food order.I find it disgusting that they have the guts to take money immediately from your account when you order food on their app and go ahead to tell you immediately that your order was cancelled by the other party and still not refund you your money.Dont give them access to your ban****!!
