Disgusting Service from the driver!!!!

I hate to bicker and moan but this problem has to be shared with you and management, unfortunately I do not have the drivers name.

We had placed an order today on the Mr.D app, we had ordered from Fishaways Westville , this is our usual Friday things ,we always use Mr.D sometimes maybe not even on a Friday even during the week

Upon receiving the food +-15mins later than expected , we had an arrogant driver who complained about how we gave him “change” which he “gives to his children”

He also stated that he is an adult and we should be more respectful , how is giving change not being respectful???????? To add onto this disgusting service , he also advised us that we always do not tip him , we do not even give him a 10c.. he added , we need to learn how to respect and tip even a 10c to him because he is working so hard to deliver the food, he also stated that he finishes work late at night and he cannot drive with money like that. so , if giving change is such a problem why don’t you guys note that on your app?

We would of paid by card which would have been better than giving change but we did not have all the details to add onto the app.

My question to you is , why do you have such arrogant people working at your place?? Someone as low as him who brings down your company name??

As regular customers I do not feel that we should have been treated with such arrogance and we shouldn’t have been harassed in that way, Do you guys not pay your drivers? We always tip your drivers when they arrive here with our food unfortunately we did not have extra this time as it being the middle of the month.. this is irrelevant , I mean it’s up to us as customers to tip the drivers , we shouldn’t be harassed to do so.

We are not looking for free food or free coupons, it was the most disgusting thing to receive such horrible service from your driver,

I really hope this gets dealt with , it is unacceptable and should not happen to any other customer , I am truly outraged with this sickening behaviour and attitude, we never experienced this from any other driver.
