I contacted Mr D's customer service to express my disappointment and the issue at hand. While they were initially responsive, the matter still remains unresolved. I had hoped for a swift resolution but unfortunately, it did not happen. The lack of a satisfactory response has left me disappointed in their handling of the situation.

I believe it's important for businesses to uphold high standards of quality in the food they serve. In this case, the burnt ribs clearly fell short of those standards and it is disappointing to not receive a fair resolution. As a customer, I felt let down by this experience.

I encourage Mr D to take this issue seriously and address the problem promptly.
