Disgusting service from Mr Delivery. Mr delivery disappoints.

Placed an order and was debited, however shortly after I received a mail saying my order cannot be processed and I will get a refund from the restaurant. Upon contacting the restaurant, the manager advised me that she will investigate, which she did and contacted me back saying Mr Delivery will refund me as they never processed the order. Mr delivery call centre keeps ending my calls and I've logged complaints on Facebook aswell only to see that this happens to many consumers. Will I ever get a refund? How long does this take? I won't recommend this app to anyone, some changes need to made to convience customers.
