DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM MR DELIVERY

Good day

happened with my order yesterday.

I placed an order with Mugg and Bean Town Square and at 10:13, the order was collected.

By 10:30 I was worried as to why it wasn’t delivered yet because I live 10 min away! I tracked the driver and I could see he was lost! Then I tried to contact him through the app and no response.

Eventually, 45 minutes later, the food ally, 45 minutes later, the food arrived in a disgusting condition!!!! We refused to eat this food! I cannot even give this food to my dog. It’s disgusting!

PS: your driver told me he was new and he was sorry for taking so long. You need to make sure your drivers have a proper GPS so that this doesn’t happen!!!!!!!

Then today, I get an email from a customer care agent telling me that Mr D will give me a R15 coupon???

ARE YOU INSANE! I HATE TO DISCARD R300 WORTH OF FOOD BECAUSE OF YOUR NEGLIGENT DRIVER AND I MUST ACCEPT R15??!!
