Disgusting service from Mr delivery

Ordered supper at 7.30 and waited right till 9 with no delivery... When I called Mr D to ask them they were very rude and didn't even bother getting back to me.... And when I called again after 9 the lady says they still cannot get a hold of the driver and they don't know what's happening if I want to continue waiting or get a refund or a coupon.... Just imagine waiting for supper from 7.30 and being told at 9 (when everything is about to closed) to just keep waiting as they themselves don't know and basically "don't care" or get a coupon as if I will ever use Mr d again!!!
