Disgusting Service from MR D FOOD

On Monday 24 May, I ordered a Mc Donald's regular meal through MR D FOOD. When my order arrived I noticed the drink was half empty and the straw was soaking wet as well as the packaging of the food, which resulted in my food being cold. I refused to take the drink and asked for a refund and the driver rudely denied me a refund. He then left with the drink and told me to deal with it . I am very disgusted by the Service of MR D drivers. Clearly they do not respect paying customers as this is not the first incident I've had. I demand a refund for my full order as soon as possible.
