Disgusting service

I am absolutely disgusted with the service by Mr D, not only was my order an hour and a half late, I received zero communication and constantly had to call their customer service to follow up? The order arrived in the absolute worst state, I was so taken aback, I can’t believe they would deliver my food in that state, and to top it off they sent me a lousy R20 voucher to make up for their terrible service. I will NEVER recommend them and will make sure to tell everyone I know about this terrible experience.
