Disgusting Service after Years of Brand Loyalty

I’ve always been a regular Mr D customer for many years and it’s always been a pleasant experience using their services. But today I have to part ways with them. My order was abruptly cancelled. I called the call centre and was put on hold for a long time. Only to be told that the driver tried to contact me numerous times and cancelled my order. I was offered 50% of my money back and the call centre agent proceeded to gaslight me and refused to hear otherwise. While I’ve been starving with my family. I’ve lost interest in utilising delivery services ever again.
