Disgusting service

<p>We placed an order with Mr delivery in Cape Town at 17h00 today, it is now 18h45 and we just about to call them to find out why our order is delayed when the phone rings and its Mr delivery, to inform us that we can now place our order as they had a problem with their system. When we initially placed the order we were given a time for the delivery and also our order was confirmed with the person on the other side of the phone. We were not informed of any system problems. I will never use Mr delivery again. They are absolutely unprofessional, especially when service delivery determines whether businesses survive or not.</p>
