Disgusting service!

I have made numerous attempts to contact Mr D with regards to the above mentioned order. I still have not received any feedback! I am absolutely disgusted with the level of service I have experienced! over a month and every time I speak to an agent I get 1 response via email and the process starts again with a new agent! I have wasted over R500 trying to get this sorted out and the matter is still not resolved!!! I will not recommend that anyone use Mr D!
