Disgusting service!!!!!!

In under 2 weeks my app has told me twice that my food has been delivered and I have not received anything. On top of that, on another occasion within the same time frame, I received my food but not my drinks. Granted, they refunded me by giving me in app money, but I was left hungry and had to redo my order and wait even longer for my food. It is extremely frustrating. I had a very bad experience with one of their call centre people (can't remember her name) but she was terribly rude to me when u called in to sort out my order. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!!!! RATHER USE UBER EATS!
