Disgusting service

Saturday the 28th I have ordered 2xPizza pie deals at Roman's pizza using Mr D, upon the delivery the driver got lost he couldn't navigate his route, we spoke to him twice to direct him, he delivered our meal there was only 1x Pizza deal , I called him immediately before he could go far he said he delivered what was given to him at the restaurant, I sent 3 emails to Mr D about this matter until now , no one has bothered to get back to me
