Disgusting Service

I have ordered from Mr delivery 3 times from the BP store 2 times from Hyde Park and now in randburg all 3 times my order were wrong and I have sent them many messages complaining.... I spent on every over 150 rand they want to give me a 30 cause my camera not working.... A customer word does not mean anything to them.... I am so I irritated with them.
