Disgusting Service

I placed an order last night though the Mr D Food app. We ordered from Fishaways. Our food was 30 minutes late and cold when we got it. The food was also out of the container and just in the packet, very unappetizing. I sent the images to Mr D support and all i was offered was a R100 coupon or Refund. I think it is unacceptable as we offered to have the food sent back for a replacement meal of the same value.

They have now offered me a R100 refund which is still unacceptable.

I would like a full refund
