Disgusting Service .

I placed my order at 11:16 for delivery then the driver apparently got lost . after a while I had to call them wanting to find out where my food is they tell me that the driver got lost and they wont be able to send the driver again ?

Then I spoke to their manager by the name Xola Mana with no help obviously told me to wait for 3 days for a refund .Which to me it is unfair I do not understand as to why I have to wait that long to get my money since they failed to delivery .

I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!!
