DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!

Disgusting service. Absolutely appalling service. I have waited over 2.5h for my food. After calling MRD helpline, sending the below query and contacting the restaurant directly - the driver has now been disrespectful and just plain rude in an attempt to find my address.

Initially making contact with the service centre the young lady I spoke to was directly refusing to assist me or to provide me with a date or time that I can expect this to be resolved. She then referred to POPIA When simply requested her name and reference for this call.

I will by no means take this lightly. I will most definitely be taking this to all social media platforms and expect a prompt response with a solution to be provided within the next 24h.

This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable and purely disgusting service and I can’t believe the response from the consultant.

This MUST be addressed IMMEDIATELY.
