Disgusting service

I placed an order at kfc and the app had my work address by default. so i call mr d to find out if i can change the address and the lady said its not possible. So the driver reacher my address that is 3km from my home and he call me an i advised him that its the incorrect address. He said he will speak to his manager and get back to but never did i ever offered to meet him to collect my food. An i then call mr d again and they said the driver will take the food an there is no refunds. Mr d has bad customer service and are robbing us for our food and money. Disgusting service.
