Disgusting pathetic service

1. Driver made me wait on the road for 20 minutes only to tell me he cannot find my address after helping him over the phone, using my airtime which ran out twice.

2. A refund was not even issued to Me, I asked for an immediate delivery. They "claim it will take 5 business days to reflect in my account".

No voucher or coupon for their terrible service or for the usage of my wasted time and Ofcourse airtime.

Didn't even have the courtesy to call me, I had to call them.

3. Driver claimed that I gave him the incorrect address when I've ordered before and it reached my address.

save yourself the trouble, use uber eats. 1. Cheaper service 2. Same address driver got to me within 5 mins of placing my order.
