Disgusting MrD service

If I could give a negative star I would. I placed my order at 18:06 with an estimated delivery time of 18:52. At 19:00 I called to query the delay. I was told that I would be contacted with feedback(no apology). I waited 15 minutes and heard nothing. Called again and was told that I should have been contacted and told that items from my order were not available (still no apology)

This service is appalling and you still have the audacity to ask me if I would like a coupon. Why would I ever use your service again?!
