Disgusting MR D service!

I am absolutely sick and tired of the countless experiences I have had with Mr D as well as the restaurants I place the orders with. From ordering from McDonald's countless times and having my jalapeño sauce left out which I pay for to ordering from steers and paying for a cooldrink and having that not given to me and then receiving a coupon to use, which I used tonight ONLY TO HAVE THE SAME THING HAPPEN!! NO COOLDRINK! DO THE DRIVERS NOT CHECK THE ORDERS BEFORE LEAVING????? at this rate we might as well drive to the store ourselves and get the food!!!!!!! I am disgusted.
