disgusting helpless service

i was made to collect when it was supposed to be delived i called mr d food to find out why my order has changed to collection the lady i spoke to Aneesa said there was nothing she can do as it was my fault she cancel my order but i will not be refunded i explained to her i do not have a car thats why i ordered and wanted my food delieved i even asked if a driver can be assigned to my order and she said NO i had to take an uber to collect my food which cost me 200 rand when i get to chicken licken the reciept clearly states my order was for delievery to my work address who is now responsible for the cost of the uber this is absolutly unfair and disgusting service
