Disgusting food from Nandos and Mr Delivery

On Thursday 14 January 2022, I placed an order on the Mr Delivery app for my lunch as per usual. @Nandos Pretoria Rd Kemprlton Park accepted my order and food was delivered as promised. I ordered the vegetarian salad and the tomatoes were rotten, lettuce wilted, avocado brown. I am apauled by the standard of the food, from such a big trusted company Nandos. I notified Mr Delivery on the standard of the food, Maxwell Z from Mr D support tells me they will send a coupon for me to order again. Mind you my order was R102. I instead get a measlet R40 voucher from them. I then take it up, and he says the picture sent is not enough to hold @Nandos accountable. Seeing that, he then increases voucher to R64. I want my money Mr Delivery! I literally order food from you up to 4 times a week!!!!It's disgusting that your restaurant @Nandos delivers sub standard food and you do not hold them accountable.
